Monstro is a real-time music network that connects you to any song that has been shared on Twitter and other social media platforms. Unlike other music discovery platforms, Monstro is not limited to a proprietary catalog of music. Monstro is social media for music….it taps into ANY music catalog that Twitter users utilize to share songs online.
You begin your Monstro journey by signing in with your Twitter account. You can then see what tracks are trending on Twitter recently, see the most popular songs users have shared, or check out what your friends are sharing. Clicking on any song will take you to a detailed song page, where you can preview the song, stream it from Rdio or Spotify, purchase it, share it, or see who else is listening. Find a Twitter user with similar tastes to yours? You can “Tune In” to them and listen to all the songs they’ve shared in party mode, (whether you are friends with them on Twitter or not.) Tired of their tastes? Tune out, or explore other user’s music collections and Tune In to them instead.

Tapping on a song you like in Monstro will show you other users who have shared that song. If you like that song, and they like that song, it’s a good bet that you’ll like some of their other music too…and discover new artists you may not have heard of yet.
